MANAGERS - Participation Rate, Frequency, and Non-participants

The more consistently learners log on, the more they’ll be practicing. The more they’re practicing, the more effective they’ll be at their jobs!

USER METRICS:

Participation: percentage of your learners that have logged in to the system during the last 30 days. Goal: 80%.

Frequency: average number of times your learners logged in to the system in the last 30 days. Goal: 10 - 15 times.

In this example, 37% of learners have logged in (in the past 30 days). Of the learners that have logged in, they’ve logged in an average of 8.3 times (in the past 30 days).

Non-participants: this tile will contain the list of learners who have not logged into the platform in the last 7 days, as well as learners who have never logged in. You'll be able to see the number of days since their last log in.
