Your points aren't disappearing, we promise:
We also promise we're not stealing them for nefarious purposes.
So, what's happening?
Your points are measured in two different ways:
- Reward Points Last 30 days (what the leaderboard uses): this won't track anything from earlier than 30 days. This allows newer team members a chance to be on the leaderboard (otherwise they'd never catch up to veteran team members). This is usually why teammates think points are disappearing. If you did a bunch of learning on 31 days ago (for example, your Path) and login today, you'll notice a huge drop! If you didn't login in the past 30 days, you'll of course have zero points left. Boooooo.
- All Time Reward Points: these will stay the same / won't disappear (unless you use them in our upcoming competitions).
Below is a screenshot of my own opening screen showing the difference. If I login tomorrow and see my points from the past 30 days have dropped to 825 (!??!?),...AHHHH, what happened? That's right, the points I earned 31 days ago (all 100 of them) aren't counted on the leaderboard or my Reward Points Last 30 Days, but they're still there in my All Time Reward Points!
